Program basics

The standard rate is 40% of eligible net digital revenue across FlagSeek, StateMatcher, ZipInform, and RetireSeek, including qualifying paid Advisor and Coach subscription renewals. Individual written rates may differ.
The standard referral attribution window is 30 days. Commissions have a separate minimum 30-day refund hold; an administrator decides when to authorize payouts.
Print, binding, shipping, fulfillment, taxes, reprints, refunds, chargebacks, and other physical-delivery add-ons are excluded from commissions.
Customers may separately opt in to let FlagSeek share limited contact information with the partner who referred them. Those contacts must be protected, used only for permitted communications, and handled under applicable privacy and direct-marketing rules.
Applications are reviewed before partner codes are activated.

I agree to the FlagSeek Terms and Conditions, including the Partner Program terms, and understand that partner approval is not guaranteed. The standard commission rate is 40%, although FlagSeek may assign an individual partner a different written rate. Commissions and partner discounts apply only to eligible digital products offered through FlagSeek and StateMatcher. Print, binding, shipping, fulfillment, taxes, reprints, refunds, chargebacks, and other physical-delivery add-ons are excluded from partner commissions. If FlagSeek makes Opted-In Contacts available to me, I will use them only for communications consistent with the customer's permission, protect them appropriately, honor applicable unsubscribe, suppression, deletion, and privacy requests, and not sell, rent, license, or transfer them to unrelated third parties.I acknowledge the FlagSeek Privacy Policy.
