FlagSeek provides relocation intelligence products that help customers evaluate, compare, and plan international moves. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, purchase details, questionnaire answers, target countries, relocation preferences, household details, budget ranges, healthcare and medication-related planning concerns, and other information you choose to provide so we can prepare your FlagSeek products.
We may also collect technical information such as device, browser, log, and usage data needed to operate, secure, and improve the site.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve FlagSeek products, process purchases, create and store customer reports, support account access, respond to customer requests, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal or operational obligations.
Questionnaire answers and report-related data may be used to generate personalized relocation analysis, including through artificial intelligence tools and supporting software systems.
Payments, authentication, and service providers
We use third-party service providers to operate the site. These may include Stripe for payments, Clerk for authentication and account access, Vercel for hosting, database and storage providers, email providers, analytics tools, and AI infrastructure providers. These providers may process information as needed to deliver their services to FlagSeek.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. FlagSeek does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
AI-generated reports
FlagSeek products may use AI systems to help generate report drafts, organize analysis, and produce customer-facing relocation intelligence. We design these products as decision-support tools, not substitutes for professional legal, tax, immigration, medical, financial, or other licensed advice.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, professional advisors, legal authorities when required, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

FlagSeek is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
