Partner Program Terms
- Commissions apply only to eligible digital products offered through FlagSeek and StateMatcher.
- The standard referral attribution window is 30 days.
- Eligible revenue excludes print, binding, shipping, fulfillment, taxes, reprints, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, and purchases that violate program terms.
- Commissions are reviewed after the refund window and paid on a regular payout schedule.
These Partner Program Terms are currently in effect and govern participation in the FlagSeek Partner Program. Commissions remain subject to review for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, program violations, and other adjustments described in the Terms of Service.
